Ephesians 3:20-21

“Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus through out all ages, world without end. Amen.”

In the last couple of prayer letters, we shared the great need of a dining hall and kitchen for the students. God has provided the funds and the project is almost done. This will be a huge blessing. We thank the Lord and also all who prayed and gave generously. May the Lord bless you richly. Your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

Phase two is to raise funds to equip the kitchen which is estimated at $3650 and also to buy tables and benches estimated at $4250. We are trusting that the Lord will provide. Please pray with us.

We praise the Lord that covid is almost gone. Now we only hear of a few cases. More people have come back to the churches. We also praise the Lord for the peaceful elections. Thank you for praying. Please continue to pray for the new leadership.

On Sunday, September 18th, as Paul was coming back home from one of the churches, he found an accident on the road.  An 8-year-old boy had been hit by a vehicle. When Paul stopped, he found that the boy was underneath the vehicle and was crying for help. The people got him out and Paul took him to the hospital. His collar bone was broken. He was admitted for 5 days and when he was discharged, Paul took him home. He put into practice what he preaches about the good Samaritan. Please pray that the Lord will heal Brian.

Leah continues to work with the students. Today, she took some of them shopping and helped pay  their school fees as they are going back to school tomorrow. Please pray that the Lord will continue to provide for them and especially for June Rose whose sponsor will not be able to continue helping her. She and her mom are very grateful for the help up to the end of this year. From January, she will need help as she will have one more year in high school.  She comes from a family that is in great need.

We have had a drought and many people, especially on the northern and northeastern side of Kenya, are in great need of food. They depend a lot on their animals and most of the animals have died. The food prices and cost of living have really gone up. Please pray for rain. The families that receive food through our feeding programs are very grateful.

Family: our daughter Ruth, son in-law, Stephen, and granddaughter, Aziza, relocated to Atlanta and are settling. We praise the Lord for providing Ruth with a job. Thank you for praying for them. Miriam and Paul Jr.  are doing well. All our children are planning to come home this Christmas, Lord willing.  We are excited and looking forward.  Please pray for them and also for the mission teams that are planning to visit us next year, Lord willing.

We are very grateful for all your prayers and financial support.

May the Lord bless you.

In His Love,

Paul and Leah
