The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.

Proverbs 11:30

Discipleship

Is a necessary responsibility of every born-again Christian. In Matthew 28:19-20 discipleship is commanded. It is shown by our Lord Jesus when he called out 12 disciples and taught them and instructed them for approximately 3 years. Representatives of IGM and pastors are encouraged to share with others the hope of eternal life and to demonstrate the Christ life before those they have a relationship. It is so significant in following the great commission that those who know Christ are being instructed in everything pertaining to Christ and His work on the world’s behalf.

Education

Like discipleship is a continual process in the Christian life. Someone has said, “If you stop growing, you will start dying.” National pastors are encouraged to establish means of training their people to learn all they can for ministry. Some have established Bible Schools, day schools for children of all ages, orphanages, and in everything, the Lord Jesus is to be the focus.

Encouragement

“Let this be to you the mark of true Gospel preaching—where Christ is everything, and the creature is nothing; where it is salvation all of grace, through the work of the Holy Spirit applying to the soul the precious blood of Jesus.”  Charles Spurgeon

“I bear my testimony that there is no joy to be found in all this world like that of sweet communion with Christ. I would barter all else there is of heaven for that. Indeed, that is heaven.”  Charles Spurgeon

“Faith is only as good as the one in whom it’s invested.”  Lee Strobel

“I don’t know what the future holds, but I do know who holds my future.”  Lee Strobel

“Would it not be strange if a universe without purpose accidentally created humans who are so obsessed with purpose? Sir John Templeton.” Lee Strobel

“Every Christian became a missionary the moment God breathed his Spirit into him or her.”  Louie Giglio

“Being missional means moving intentionally beyond our church preferences, making missional decisions rather than preferential decisions.” Ed Stetzer

“When Jesus said, ‘as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.’ (John 20:21), the mandate was not for a select group of cross-cultural missionaries. It was a commission to you, to me, and to our churches. We have a Sender (Jesus), a message (the Gospel), and a people to whom we are sent (those in our culture). It is worth the effort to go beyond personal preferences and attractional methods to proclaim the Gospel in our church services and outside the walls.”  Ed Stetzer

“If you need to judge somebody, get a mirror.”  Mark Lowry

“God spreads grace like a 4-year-old spreads peanut butter – He gets it all over everything.”  Mark Lowry

The Consequences of Sin

1. SIN will always take you further than you want to go.
2. SIN will keep you longer than you want to stay.
3. SIN will cost more than you want to pay.
