Dear Partners in Ministry,
I will bless the Lord at all times. His praise shall continually be in my mouth. God continues to work in mysterious ways His wonders to perform.
Ministry at the Cheltenham Baptist Church continues. Worship services are held on Sunday mornings, but Covid 19 protocols continue to impact church attendance and other ministries of the Church. For the most part, attendance remains very low, with church members being the ones in attendance. Persons have expressed that they are fearful of leaving the confines of their home.
During the period July – September 2021, there were no known professions of faith, however, some new converts are being prepared for baptism.
God has seen it fit to call home to glory a few of our older members. Blessed are the dead, who die in the Lord … they rest from their labors.
We await approval of the building plan for the Sunday School wing in order to begin construction. Please join us in prayer that the process will be formalized and approval granted in the near future. We also crave your prayers that God will provide the necessary funds to undertake this project.
