Isaiah 43:1-2

“But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.”

Jambo- Hello Partners in Ministry.

Trust that you are well and protected. We are very grateful for God’s care and protection, especially now that Paul had covid. Praise the Lord!! He is healed. The Scripture above is of great encouragement. Thanks for your prayers.

God has been at work and is making a difference in the lives of our people.

In our last letter, we shared about a family that needed a house. The Lord provided and now they do not need to fear that their house will fall. Actually, it did fall on one side, but no one was hurt. The family is very grateful. The grandma is still struggling with high blood pressure and diabetes which has delayed her eye surgery. Please continue praying for her. God has opened a door for a new ministry in Grandma’s village. Leah and some of the church leaders recently visited 5 families where they delivered food and encouraged the families. There are great needs. Some of the needs there are related to health, education, water, and food, especially now due to Covid. May we introduce some of the people there?

Eunice is a young adult. She had kidney failure and had a transplant. Her father was the donor. She has to take many medications. Sometimes she does not have the funds to buy them or to go back to the doctor.

Mary is an older lady who has a heart problem, high blood pressure, diabetes, and arthritis. She did not have the funds to go to the doctor or for buying medication. The Lord provided and she was able to visit the doctor and buy medication.

At one of the homes, there was a girl who graduated from 8th grade and had no hope of going to high school. God has provided for her. The list goes on. Please pray for all these families and for wisdom for us to know who and how to help.

The feeding programs are doing well. The families are growing in their faith, and they are very grateful for all the support.

Church: Twelve children were dedicated to the Lord on July 25th.

Church School: We had shared the need for buses. Praise the Lord, He provided 2 buses through the generous giving of His people. They are a huge blessing. As a result, some more children have joined the school. May all the honor and glory go to the Lord and blessings to those who gave.

There are more needs at the school and one of them is a kitchen and dining room which is estimated to cost $14,000. The children eat outside where they have to protect their food from the monkeys and baboons.

Family: We are very grateful to the Lord for healing Paul and for keeping the rest of the family protected from Covid and other illnesses. Lord willing, we will be visiting our children in Chicago and Milwaukee. We plan to leave Kenya on July 30th. Please pray for journey mercies.

We are blessed to have you as our partners in ministry. We would not be able to do what we do without your prayer and financial support.

May the Lord bless you.
