Dear Prayer Partners and Fellow Labourers in Jesus Christ,

I take this opportunity to say hello in the Name of our LORD Jesus Christ.

My family is doing well. Our son, Jahdiel, who has been recovering from the psychosis that started last year on October 14th is doing well. Today, the 4th, I have been with the psychiatrist at our County Hospital in Kilifi. He has done his assessment and told us the boy is doing well, even though he has to continue with the daily tablets, that is, 2 tablets in the night and 1 in the morning. We thank God for the improvement. In his studies, he is also doing well. He is going to sit for his National Exam KCPE (Grade 8) on the 29th through the 31st of October 2019. We are confident that he will do well.

Voice of Hope Baptist Church is doing well. We had an outreach evangelism day on the 28th of September. A total number of 35 came to Christ. We are glad that at our last service, about 3 adults and 7 children came to church. We are doing the follow-up and we hope there will be visible fruit. Let’s pray for God to work in their hearts as we disciple them.

Lastly, since we started Voice of Hope Baptist Church in 2013, there had been a family that God had burdened to stand with us and they have been supporting my family. This year in September, due to financial struggles in that family, my support was dropped. We do not have any support for now and the church is not in position to pay for all my family’s bills and for the church. We need your humble prayers.

Praises

1: Praising God for the fruitful evangelism
2: Praising God for Jahdiel’s health in recovering from psychosis

Prayer requests

1: God to provide $100 for my family’s support
2: God to give wisdom and guidance as I serve the church of God

Yours in Christ
