It is so exciting to be right in the middle of God’s will for your life and watch Him work in the lives of each of the team members He has hand picked for us to lead! There were 58 of us in Grenada during July. There were 31 first timers and the other 27 were veterans. Each one served well, and we are thankful for the sacrifices that each one made. There were 4 different Vacation Bible Schools held and 2 weeks of evening revival meetings as well. There was a total of 514 children in attendance at the four different VBS and of those, 69 children asked Jesus to be their Saviour! Thank You, Lord! There were 3 more people who were saved at the street meetings! Praise the Lord, what a blessing! The team members worked very hard to share Jesus at each VBS and it’s a joy to see the lost come to Jesus! The month of July we just finished leading our 70th group into Grenada!
We were so humbled to be honored for our 18 years of ministry at a special Sunday morning church service that we were told was to honor Pastor Milton Williams. Unknown to us, the church also planned to include us in this special service! We were presented a beautiful plaque from the church and Pastor Williams spoke about us and the impact the ministry has had on Grenada. It was a gathering of the members of many of the churches we have served at, all of them worshipping and singing together! It was a morning we will never forget! We shed a lot of tears!! We love the Grenada people and we feel very loved by them!
The VBS Mission Trips are now sold out for 2020! There are so many people who have talked to us about joining us next year, that we had to rent the entire facility where we stay! Thank You, Lord! How do we lead so many? We lead by serving the very people who God sends for us to lead on these trips. We want to model Christ in all we do. Thank You, Lord, for the honor of serving You in Grenada; it’s a privilege and we are deeply grateful!
We immediately start traveling again, speaking in 5 states before the end of August! We appreciate your prayers for safety on the road and for the ability to share a clear picture of what the Grenada ministry is all about. Please also remember to pray for our pastors in Grenada. Their lives are not easy, their struggles are real and they truly need our prayers.
We thank all of you from the bottom of our hearts! Without your prayer and financial support, this Grenada ministry would not be possible! May God bless each and every one of you!
