Dear Prayer Partners,

Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things which thou knowest not. Jeremiah 33:3.

A promise I knew long ago. And yet God brought it to mind once again.

We have been praying for God to heal my leg for 13 years. This year 3 times it appeared to be infected and I was asked to get an ultrasound.  The doctor assures me there was no infection but a thrombosis of the nerves e.g. blood clots.  I expected to have this problem forever but God gave me real hope in being completely healed.  Repeated blood tests showed I was losing blood internally.  In just a few short days that problem is going. This has been causing my exhaustion. Hopefully, now I will have more energy.  Again, God showed great things.

My son, Timothy, and his wife, Mony, came for a visit.  While they were here, he helped me with my computer problems so now I can share with you what the Lord has done.

The All Day Youth Rally my grandson, Juan Eduardo, planned went well with over 150 in attendance and many drawing closer to the Lord.

In April we held a Ladies’ Retreat and the theme was Saved to Serve. This theme was carried out in 2 messages, songs, games and a delicious meal with about 5 hours of sweet fellowship. The next one is planned for December. Ladies from other areas have contacted me asking how they could hold a Ladies’ Retreat.   I need prayer to find a way to help them.  What joy it brings me to have a part in this ministry.

The children in La Loma named their Bible club, The Gideons.  They are memorizing 10 verses to earn a t-shirt with the club’s name on it.  It is thrilling to see their interest grow, not just in the games after club but the in the Bible lessons.  There is talk about a camping trip.

Due to the extreme heat, one week of school was cut short.

Noe will be speaking in 2 churches on long weekends, plus a week at camp and a week at DVBS.  He will need God’s strength during these times.  I am not sure how much I will be able to participate.

I am so grateful for the AC in my living room and bedroom.

Our church services are over 2 hours long and specials services are even longer.  We were able to get 2 fans each for 2 of our churches.  Thank you making this possible.

Joyfully yours in Mexico,
