Beloved in Christ,

It is with a grateful heart that we send you this letter to share our news and that of our ministry.

First of all, please receive our fraternal greetings. We hope that you and your family are in good health. May God continue to provide you with His grace and peace.

My family and I are in good health. We are very grateful to God and to you for the prayerful support.

Our children, Happiness and Ily, went back to school after four months of vacation. Happiness, our oldest, started CP1 and Ily started kindergarten. We need your prayers for them to have a blessed school year. Our prayer is that God will continue to watch over us as a family.

We thank God for our ministry. During these months, we have done some activities that went very well by the grace of God. One of those activities was Bible camp held from August 18 to 24. Two hundred and four children ages 7 to 13 years old participated. Among these children, there were more than 50 internally displaced persons. It was a time of communion with God through His Word but also a time of learning. They learned how to bead in order to decorate objects and to make bracelets and key rings. It was also an opportunity for the children to make new friends. We presented the Gospel using a puppet show. At the end of the puppet show, 10 children among the IDPs accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior. It was an opportunity for us to witness the blessings of the Eternal One Who made this activity possible and Who led it from start to finish.

We also had a back-to-school service. One this occasion, some students were able to benefit from school supplies that the church had prepared. It is a gesture that the church has brought to these children within the limits of its means. We had 17 children from families who had difficulty buying school supplies. We pray that God provides for these children and their families. We are also praying for the tuition needs of 6 children whose parents cannot afford to pay the tuition fees. Tuition for each child is $70 or $420 for all 6 children.

We reiterate our need for sound equipment that would greatly relieve us in the animation of the Bible clubs that we set up around the city of Ouagadougou. There are now four of these clubs with an average participation of 120 children in the activities of each club. The cost of this material is estimated at $1,700. We emphasize that these clubs aim to share the Gospel with internally displaced children but also to facilitate their integration into their new locality.

We pray for you. We ask God to bless you in your different ministries so that you continue to serve Him with joy for the glory of His Name.

The whole church by my voice salutes you and thanks you for all that you do to support the ministry,
