Dear Prayer Partners/Sponsors,

Shalom! May the Peace of God be with you. I trust that this mail finds you well. Greetings from Kenya in Jesus’ Name. Hope and trust that you are all well in Him. Over here we are under Gods’ care regardless of the ups and downs of this world.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank and glorify our Almighty God for His ever-loving kindness to us in all areas. the same goes to you brethren, thank you very much for your endless love and care for us as you have continued praying for us and supporting us financially. May God bless you dearly in whatever you do.

Touching on my son’s treatment, I want to thank you very much for your loving and generous giving towards the same. Surely God is always good and kind to His children. God provided the needed amount and glory be to Him for His provision. By now Duncan is recovering so well after the successful kidney transplant surgery which was done on the 29th of July 2021. So once again I say thank you, my dear beloved brothers and sisters in the Lord, for everything you have and yet doing for my son’s health.

Ministry wise, my being away from the ministry for five months because of my son’s treatment, it surely affected the ministry. However, because the ministry belongs to God Himself, He took care of it and when I came back home, I found things still firm and going on well.

Since then, I have done a follow-up on the Church projects and found them also going on well. Before I was fully involved with my sons’ treatment, the Church had a burden of planting a new Church. During my absence, the Church went ahead and held a door-to-door evangelism and planted the Church and it is progressing so well.

Also, the Church had planned for outreaches to different places, evangelizing the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ and they carried on even with my absence and souls were saved. In our Church compound we have a primary and secondary/high school where I usually teach the Bible in both schools. These Bible teachings have made some Muslims to accept Christ as the Lord and savior. Too the pupils and students from unsaved families have an opportunity to hear the gospel.

At the same time since I was back home, I have gotten time to visit the Orphans and needy children in their various place and attended to their needs as needed. In short, despite the hardships of the pandemic and son’s sickness, God has proven His goodness and faithfulness to me, my family, and the ministry at large. I believe that this has been so due to your support of prayers and finances. However, we (the church) have some activities ahead of us before the year ends such as leadership trainings and children’s and youth camps regardless of the pandemic as long as we keep the health ministry’s protocols and guidelines. So, keep on praying for us for God to help us achieve our goal of the planned activities.

Closing, I beseech all of us to prioritize God and His Kingdom and all the other things shall be done for us as Matthew 6:25-34 tell us.

If we remember Who is in control, how much He loves us and is committed to us and our future, we can choose not to worry! He is taking care of everything. We choose to believe Him. “Let not your heart be troubled…”  John 16:33

“God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?”  Numbers 23:19. God is with us during these times, doing a great work! Be encouraged.
