DEAR FRIENDS,

“Praise ye the Lord. Praise, O ye servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord. Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and for evermore. From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord’s name is to be praised.” Psalm 113:1-3

What a great joy, for the Lord graciously brought us to this New Year 2020.

The Lord continues blessing the ministry since the time we sent out our last newsletter. The new building construction for one of the churches in Sokode (a town mostly populated by Muslims) is progressing. It will finish soon by God’s grace.

Pastor Kouami Alenka of Ateda’s church baptized three people last month.

A new church started in another town called Blitta, which is about 110 miles from Kara where we live. This new church has a pastor who went through our Bible training school in Kara.

The Lord has provided in a miraculous way the funds for our vehicle. We have already ordered a Toyota 2008 RAV 4, 4WD from the States. The company will be shipping the vehicle next week, Tuesday, February 4th to Lome, Togo.

There was a seminar for our Pastors with their wives in Kpalime, in the southwest part of the country, December 6th-8th, 2019. Not all could make it. We had a good time together. We discussed around the following theme: “The Pastor and its leading church”. Pastor Paul taught about this theme. We all worshipped Sunday morning in one of our churches in the area. The church, Pastor Kebe, is leading.

Please, continue praying for Nicole’s health and for safety on the road. Also, pray for the spiritual growth of the new believers. We need wisdom in leading all these pastors.

We are so grateful for your prayers, for your financial support, and for everything.

In the Service of King of Kings
Pastor Paul & Nicole Assignon
